Untitled / Feelings
If this feeling has a
name, can I unnamed it.
Because I don’t think I could state my feeling.
This
euphoria, this sweet little emotion grew even more.
Please tell me, do you feel
the same as me.
If you don’t, then I’ll not force you to like me back.

Late to a Show, What do we Need to Know?
Hello friends, back with me again with compiled of ideas about going on a
music show. Today’s topic is about
getting late on a show. Whether you do it on proposed or not. No one is perfect, sometimes you could experience
this kind of stuff. No one would love to come late to a show, especially you
are one of the music lovers and that day you are going to attend your favourite
music show! I could not imagine, how devastated the condition would be. But
life must goes on, right? In the end of the day you should be happy of what’s
life gives you anyway. I wrote some tips on how to handle it.
First thing what I am going to talk is, make sure you know you will be
late. Don’t hope too much you could be in the front row. Important things
to note, you have to know the schedule of the show before its starts. What time
do it starts, where is the venue (the address, the name of the place), do the
show has been move into new venue or not, how can you get to the venue (by
walking or buses or taxi), how much money do we need to go there. Small things
like that are sometimes important for newbie show goers.
The time depends on us, you are the controller of your time. Make
sure you are not too late to the show, for me you can be arriving 10 or 15
minutes before the main band starting to play, and that’s the maximum. Usually
there will be 2 bands who plays, talk to yourself is it okay if you miss the
opening band play or not. Still you could feel the win, because you are not missed
the main band. You can do whatever you want, but don’t regret too much.
Think about what you can do after you arrived in the venue.
Probably what you can do is, chill out near the merch stand, looking around
what they offer. Buy drinks if you are thirsty after catching bus or quick walk
before you there. Or you can simply search for a position because the show will
soon be started. Apparently, you will not have a good position, believe me you
will probably in the back or if you are lucky enough you could be in the middle.
Take it easy, you can still enjoy the show.
Back to the tips number one, how can you get to the venue. There is
something I need to add on this term. If you have some spare money, you can book
taxi or simply take uber. But one thing to note. Does the road is crowded or
not? If you take taxi and there is a big traffic jam, there you go. You will be
stuck on the road. Think twice, please kindly check some apps. How many minutes
to go to the venue and compare using taxi with other public transportation.
Choose wisely! Don’t get me wrong, I was once on that situation.
Having no plans on that day. I recommend you to not having any
other plans before the show started, especially when you didn’t know how long
does the plan will go. Because it can interrupt your next plan, which is the
show. So, having no plans on that day is better! You can secure yourself of not
being late, the chance of not being late is increase.
Don’t loose focus, even if you are in the middle of a rush. Don’t
loose your concentration. Bring your printed ticket with you, that’s necessary.
Always keep in mind what you should bring. The pressure would be so intense, otherwise
you have to waste another time again. Keep calm and be 100% confident. Don’t
let anyone know you are sad or insecure about being late. Keep your head up,
enjoy every moment in the show. Having longer time to hang out after the
show. You may not feel too tired because you might just be arrived 1 hour
30 minutes before it ends. You can meet interesting people, or have a little chit-chat
with the bands. You could try this, then off to your hostel or house.
That’s all the tips what I would like to share
with you guys. I hope you found it interesting and gives you some information
after reading this article. Thank you in advance. See you in another post.

Short of Tips on Going to a Music Show
Hi all, as some of you might knew. I love going
to a music show. I just want to share my stories and give you some short of
tips on going to a show. I hope it will help you wider your thoughts of going
to a show. Everyone deserve a good time, so are you.
1. Know What You Want to See
The first music event I
attended was Java Rockin’ Land in 2010, there I saw Stereophonics. I barely
knew the band on that time, I bought their newest album one month after the
festival. And I even didn’t know what it’s like attending a music festival, and
what should I do if I were seeing a band play on stage. So, I was thinking over
and over again, I must be able to have a good time. I came on a conclusion that
to enjoy a music show, we have to know their songs. I tried on that time,
started with using the internet to listen their other songs. Thank to internet
for it. I was not fully listened to their new album. I saw them played, knew
one to five songs, and the rest I didn’t know. Did I like the show? Of course,
I was. I just enjoyed the time seeing them play. It’s good to know all their song, but remember the key is to enjoy the
music! Make sure you know their music quite well, it’ll get you even more
happier. Sing a long in some songs, you didn’t want to be the one who just
standing and see them play like a stone, don’t you? Chill and have fun, you
will get the vibe.
2. Plan Your Music Trip Well
Interesting
topic to be discuss on. It’s necessary for us to plan for our trip, importantly
if the show is in another country or even city. I attended three events abroad.
The first one was a really big concert, as they were very famous and huge band
also. The second one was my fav band shows. I watched Coldplay in Singapore, A
Head Full of Dreams World Tour 2017. It was the biggest concert I have ever
attended. It’s good to have a company when you decided to watch the concert,
like I and my siblings did 2 years ago. We made itinerary, we travelled not
only for music but also for sight seeing the city. If you travel in group, don’t hesitate to make a first move to
discuss about on where will you guys stay, what else could you guys do a
side of watching the concert, and what cool things that you guys could experience
there. It’s not very different when you decided to be a solo traveller, go
discuss with yourself, research the information about the venue, how you will
get there from your hostel, what restaurant near the venue and the hostel also.
Searching the information is enrich your knowledge, and it can stay you away
from the small problems, plus it can save up your time. Those technical theory
will guide you on a success practical occasion.
It’s
a complete success for me when I was a solo traveller to watch Kakkmaddafakka
show, last April. Search the convenience
hostel near the venue. What I mean convenience is hostel which is good in
location, price, environment, and the last thing facility. Choose hostel with
at least a good reputation (good rating), because we only trust the rating and
the picture of their offer. Location, I prefer to search a hostel which really
not far from the venue. Cause it will make us easier when we come back to the
hostel after the show (which probably will be late at night), you will not
going to be afraid to be bumped on a street with a stranger or maybe a drunk
man outside of the venue. You can take a small run or quick walk, and shortly
you are in the hostel, safe. One more good thing by having a hostel near the
venue is you may not worry about transportation, we can use our foot, in
addition it’s not cost a money by walking. I recommend, choosing a hostel which
have range around 5-15 minutes by walking to the venues.
3. Get to Know What Will You
Wearing
What
is it like when we are in the middle of a music show? Full of people with an
excitement, people who want to enjoy the music play, the room temperature will
raised (it gets even hotter), you will be jump up and down, and it’s very possible
if you will touch another person when you do your jump. What I’m going to talk
about is… your clothes or apparels influence your feelings when you attend the
show. I might not be a good fashion idea giver, but for this time I will give
you some weird uncool facts from what I’ve been experienced in my two last show
which I’ve attended.
See
the weather forecast, if that day will be rain or not, and how is the wind
speed, detailed. Prepare your umbrella or if you attend a bigger music show
(for example like a music festival or stadium concert) I prefer to bring a raincoat.
You wont regret taking them with you, it can be 10 times higher than the normal
price if you buys it near the venue, market economic perception plays along in
here. Be comfortable in the pit, wearing loose shirt and jeans is the most
comfortable for me. Bring a light jacket if the weather is cold or rainy just
to prevent you to catch a cold after the show. Make sure your jacket can be put
in your bag or there’s a room to put your jacket before or when you already in
the pit. For girls out there, if you have a long hair, considering that the pit
will be hot, make sure you ponytailed your hair, BUT please don’t tie the hair just
freely, tied your hair up and shorter it. Or you can try another type of ponytail like tie
your hair in the very low position. It will make you and other people much more
comfortable, you don’t have to worry while you jumping up and down, people who
stand behind you will be safe from it when you moves. Wear your less favorite shoes, you
can thank me for this later. The pit is like a playground, you will never
know when the other people be bumped at you and not purposely stand their shoes
on yours. If it’s your best shoes, you will get a bit annoy because of it, so
it might be ruined your good feeling in watching the music show. Avoid wearing
your beloved shoes, safe them before you regret it!
4. What to Do After Show
Short
tips for this section! I would say you can share your post feeling by visiting
the merch table, see other people, make new friends, even meet and talk to the member
of the bands. Get to know them, even more closer. Ask them to sign your merch,
ask them to take a photo! If you get really tired from the show, you can order
and buy a drink (if the venue facilitate it), take a rest, search some free
area to put yourself on rest. You have to have some self-esteem if you trying
to meet or talk with people, act cool and put a little smile if you can. Be
friendly, be happy, maybe you will meet with cool fascinating person. I must
said, be who you are, take it as a simply conversation. Leave them with a nice
impression. What its important in post festival or concert show? The mass of
people trying to get out from the venue. If you bring your car/your own
transportation, good planning to get out from the parking lot. I must say it
can be boring waiting and get a long queue to be out from the venue. Be the
first one, so you didn’t need to queue for so long, even if it’s hard to be the
first. For you who take a public transportation, be careful to get out from the
venue, check the last train or bus which can be used to get home from the venue.
Know your things well, don’t forget your things, it’s important. For you who
walk from the hostel, you can prepare yourself to quick run, just to avoid some
trouble in the street. It’s not common to have this kind of situation but it’s
better to be prepared.
5. Get a Chance to Meet New
Friends
Like
what I’ve said earlier you can trying to meet with someone new in the show. If
you want, then you have to open up yourself more. Say hello to the person
beside you when you are waiting for the band to start playing. Make an easy simply
conversation, and let your inner social come out. If you hesitate, then just
wait till someone start to talk to you. It can be possible too.
>>> I
think that’s all for today’s topic. More or less.. hope you can get some info
from this post. I think it’s a bit short, some of the part still can be develop
into one topic discussion. Let see if I have a time to compile the information
for you and show them in better way. Thank you for reading this post. Have a
nice day you all!

When Stranger Meets
Started in some morning, my
scheduled plan morning flight has waiting. Got my boarding pass ready, and all
set things in one bag. I went to the Airport Shuttle to catch the boarding
time. Time has gone so fast, I already queued up among all the strangers in the
checking room. I use all my energy to not
letting a single time wasted, after the luggage inspection. Straight to where my
boarding gate was. The gate finally opened. I boarded myself to the plane and find
my seat.
After I put my bag on the top of
the plane cabin, I place my sit in 19C. Plane seat near with the aisle. Moment
later, there is a young woman, who’s seat in the same row, but near the window.
I made a little move just to let her to get in. Unconscious feeling in my mind,
guessing who will get in to sit in the middle of us. Someone coming from the
front seat area, and I immediately stood up to let the guy to get in. It turned
out he is not sitting in the middle. So, I sat back to my seat. And he started
to talk with the young woman, with different language which I could not
understand. Then, the guy come back to his seat at the front seat.
Shortly, after all the passengers went
board in. I saw a man, bring his white suitcase, and his black backpack. He wore
all black from top to toe. I still can describe how tall he was. Spectacle man,
with hanging headphone in his neck. I could tell that he was in a rush when he boarded
to the plane, by seeing his suitcase which was still not properly closed. He threw away his headphone and phone to the middle seat. I said in my mind, “Oh this is
the person who will sit in the middle.” I keep calming myself up, by the sudden
throw from the aisle. I let him to get in to the middle seat.
Not a long time after it, the take-off
information from flight attendant were airing. The young woman, which was sit near
the window, asked to get out. Leaving me alone with the man. I commented to
him, “I think she prefer to sit there, at the front.” With no later time, he
said “I don’t know, she could maybe come back, so do you want to take her seat?”
And I reply him with “No, I’ll keep sit in here.” And our conversation was
stop. The man still sat in the middle, and a moment later, he already moved and
sit near the window.
The plane did the take off. He pulled
out his headphone and book form his backpack. Read, then closed it. Asking to go
out from the row, I never mind where did he went. Then, after a while, he was
back with his friend, a girl who’s next sit in the window seat. Later, I was
asleep until the plane landed. Then, it was me, who’s switch to leave him, with
her.
>>> If a single glimpse and several minutes making
someone feel different way, did the man notice it? Or she could just let the it flow away.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not
boast, it is not proud (words from Alice Baxley).”
